Not professional, called for an estimate to have a transmission rebuilt, of course they talked me into taking it in for an estimate, so i did, they then talked me into a diagnostics test that would for sure tell me my issue and if a rebuild was needed... So i agreed, after the test they told me they would need to take it apart to find the issue, they said they wouldnt trust my car, well it cost me $52 to be told what i already knew, tried for 3 days to get me to agree to the job, finally i got my car, been driving it for over a week, its been driving the same as it has for the last year... And my car is not just a point a to b car, its a pizza delivery vehicle, a vacation taker, ive driven her hard, i show no mercy! How are they going to lie about how my car drives when i live it it almost, lie about a test that dont show results, im not sayn they dont have a good rebuild system since i did not take my experiance that far, but id stay away from getting an estimate, u will be talked into a rebuild that u may or may not need... Im sure i need it, but why give me more of a run around than i asked for, in the end i paid for a worst case estimate, which is what i called for...
